Trilane Retinol+Vitamin C Review (PLUS COUPON CODE c:)

So Vitamin C has been a really big rave recently, and I've been so excited to try it out for you guys!  Not to mention, Retinol is a very popular anti-aging product, but since it's so expensive, buyers definitely want to know what other people think of the product before they buy it. The product I'm going to review for you today is the Trilane Retinol+Vitamin C Moisturizer that you can find here, make sure to apply the code "SAVERETC" when you check out to get 20% off!

Here's what the product claims are:

Here's what the product looks like: as you can tell, it's in a glass bottle with a pump to avoid contamination. The packaging is great and it dispenses the perfect amount of product for one use across the entire face, so this will keep you from wasting product, which is good for a pricey product :)

I remember when I used this the first time; the day after when I woke up in the morning, the hand that I used to apply the product with was soooo smooth it was great! I didn't notice a difference in the skin on my face until after a few uses however, but I have been noticing differences. My skin is smoother and brighter, and I hope that over a period of use my dark spots will lighten up too (I'll keep you guys updated, just comment below for update requests).

The one thing I did notice though, was that they Trilane claims their product to be a moisturizer, however, I found that my cheeks the morning after I apply this product, and only this product, tend to be a bit drier than I'd like. This is because Vitamin C tends to be very drying, so really, it's expected that the product doesn't moisturize too well. Nevertheless, on my oily t-zone, it works great and makes my skin feel flawless, but if you have drier skin, I'd suggest that if you buy this product, you apply a moisturizer over it.

Overall, I'll definitely be using this product every night; I love how smooth it makes my skin!
